EFQM is a framework system that gathers quality and management systems together. Our Chamber, which has been working as A class accredited since 2012 started its journey to quality in 2002 with the applications of ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System Standard. Then, our Chamber decided to implement the EFQM Model which provides a system for designing and evaluating quality in institution. With this context, "Goodwill Declaration" protocol signed with Turkey Quality Association and "UKH-National Quality Movement" studies have been started.
Our Chamber, which works to continuously increase the quality and standard of the service we provide to our members, aims to take quality studies one step further with the EFQM Excellence Model.
