ETO Academy, which has made groundbreaking contributions to Eskişehir’s business life, is set to start its new term with a series of 31 different training sessions and seminars in the 2024-2025 period. The first event will take place on Thursday, September 19, 2024.
Training and Seminars to Add Value to Business Life
ETO Academy, known as the "university of Eskişehir's merchants," offers personal and professional development programs for the members and employees of Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce (ETO). The 2024-2025 event calendar includes 31 events, consisting of 13 seminars and 18 training programs. The new term will kick off with the "Effective Sales Techniques" training on September 19.
Tailored Training for Business Needs
The topics for the training and seminars have been selected based on requests from ETO members, opinions from professional committees, and feedback from participants through surveys. The 2024-2025 program will cover a wide range of subjects, including effective sales techniques, personnel matters, Amazon sales and FBA logistics awareness, ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, financial literacy, payroll and personnel affairs, risk-based process management in quality systems, executive assistance, internal auditing in quality systems, customer acquisition techniques in foreign trade, financial management for SMEs, customer relationship management (CRM), human resources management, competency-based performance evaluation, Excel, and social media advertising.
Personal Development Seminars for Professional Growth
In addition to technical training, ETO Academy will offer seminars aimed at personal growth. Topics include emotional awareness, intergenerational communication in the workplace, business etiquette and protocol, effective use of body language, time management, anger and stress management, public speaking skills, workplace motivation techniques, effective leadership, diction and speech techniques, communication and persuasion skills with difficult clients, the use of artificial intelligence in business, and maintaining work-life balance.
Opening New Windows for Members and Employees
Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce President Metin Güler commented on the upcoming term, highlighting that since its establishment, ETO Academy has provided training and seminars to nearly 50,000 individuals. He emphasized that the Academy’s 2024-2025 program would continue to contribute to business life by addressing both fundamental topics in the workplace and new approaches in commerce.
