A delegation from Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce (ETO), including President Metin Güler and Assembly Chairman Halil İbrahim Ara, visited Anıtkabir, the eternal resting place of the Founder of the Republic, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, ahead of the 80th General Assembly of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).
The visit to Anıtkabir on May 15, Wednesday, marked the beginning of TOBB's 80th General Assembly. Before the assembly, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the delegates paid their respects to Atatürk at Anıtkabir. Among those attending the visit were ETO President Metin Güler, Assembly Chairman Halil İbrahim Ara, Elif Gürkaynak, President of the TOBB Eskişehir Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Council, as well as members of the ETO management board, assembly, and committee.
During the visit to Anıtkabir, the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce delegation, together with TOBB delegates, laid a wreath at Atatürk's mausoleum and stood in a moment of silence to honor his legacy.
