GÜLER PRESENTS AWARDS TO BRANDS ON THE TOBB 100 LIST

ETO President Metin Güler presented awards to the executives of Eskişehir brands included in the TOBB 100 ranking: Cromic Plastik ve Kalıp, Oğuz Mobilya, Genmacs Otomasyon, and Köklüce Makina.

President Güler attended the "Turkey 100" award ceremony held in Ankara by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), in cooperation with TEPAV and TOBB ETÜ. The award ceremony, which recognized Turkey's fastest-growing 100 companies, took place on February 5 and was attended by Minister of Commerce Ömer Bolat and TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.

Minister Bolat Emphasizes the Importance of Entrepreneurship

During the ceremony, Minister of Commerce Ömer Bolat remarked that while natural resources are a sign of wealth in countries, they do not necessarily indicate development. He emphasized that Turkey's greatest wealth lies in the high number of entrepreneurs. Bolat pointed out that countries like Japan, Germany, and China may lack energy raw materials but focus heavily on information technologies and R&D, underscoring the importance of Turkey intensifying its efforts in these areas. He congratulated all the winning ventures and wished continued success for the companies.

Anatolian Companies Show Great Performance

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu noted that 71% of the companies in the Turkey 100 list export to 76 different countries and that the list features companies from 27 different cities. He highlighted that Anatolia's rise is clearly reflected in the Turkey 100 rankings, with the fastest-growing 100 companies demonstrating performance that is eight times above the national income growth in Turkey.

At the ceremony, ETO President Metin Güler, along with Minister Ömer Bolat and TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, presented awards to the executives of Eskişehir firms: Cromic Plastik ve Kalıp İmalat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, Oğuz Mobilya Pazarlama İmalat İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Genmacs Otomasyon Makina İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, and Köklüce Makina ve Yedek Parça İnşaat Anonim Şirketi. Güler congratulated the executives of the Eskişehir brands that made it onto the Turkey 100 list and expressed gratitude for their contributions to the economy of Eskişehir and the country.
