NEW STRATEGIC GOAL: BRING 1 MILLION VISITORS TO EFKM

During the November regular assembly meeting, ETO President Metin Güler announced that the chamber's new strategic goal is to attract 1 million unique visitors to the Eskişehir Fair Congress Center (EFKM) annually, aiming to achieve this with the completion of the new service building and the implementation of new facilities.

The regular assembly meeting of the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce was held on November 28 in the Mustafa Çekiç Assembly Hall, starting with an opening speech by Assembly President Halil İbrahim Ara. Agenda items were voted on by assembly members during the meeting. ETO President Metin Güler mentioned the intensity of the chamber's November program and stated that the bidding process to put the ETO Service Building into operation has begun.

New Facilities to Be Introduced at EFKM

Güler noted that the proposal submission process for the completion of the service building, which is ETO's latest permanent project, will continue until December 22, 2023. He expressed that with the completion of the service building, the Eskişehir Fair Congress Center will become a vibrant, active center throughout the year. Güler added that the introduction of new facilities and areas located in the service building and the Vehbi Koç Congress Center will also increase visitor traffic at the Eskişehir Fair Congress Center, thus helping ETO achieve its new strategic goal of bringing 1 million unique visitors to the center each year.

Continuing to Address Members' Requests

Güler emphasized that ETO continues to voice the demands of its members, noting that they have made initiatives through TOBB to prevent chain markets from selling furniture, electronics, and other products. He stressed the necessity of providing long-term and favorable credit support for traders and industrialists in his speech to the assembly.
