NEW SERVICE BUILDING OF ETO NEARS COMPLETION

The Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce is organizing a tender for the opening of its new service building, the latest project under its permanent works.

Following the Eskişehir Trade and Industry Museum (ETOMÜZE), ETO TÜYAP Fair Center, and Vehbi Koç Convention Center, the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce is adding another permanent asset to serve Eskişehir and its members. The tender process has begun for the new service building of the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce. An announcement for the tender for the six-story new service building located within the Eskişehir Fair and Convention Center (EFKM) has been published.

LEED Gold Standard Building

The building, designed with the environmental conditions of Eskişehir and the capacity of the facility in mind, will meet high standards of efficiency. Constructed in accordance with the LEED standard—one of the world's most important building standards—and certified as Gold, which is one of the most prestigious classifications for office spaces, the building has been designed to meet the corporate needs of ETO. Tender proposals for the ETO Service Building, the latest permanent work of ETO, will be accepted until December 22, 2023.
