2023 EXPECTATIONS EVALUATED IN ETO ASSEMBLY

The Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce held its regular December assembly meeting, where agenda items were unanimously approved and expectations for 2023 were discussed.

The meeting, held in the Mustafa Çekiç Assembly Hall, included an assessment of ETO’s activities throughout 2022. ETO President Metin Güler shared his outlook for 2023 with assembly members.

Güler: 2022 Was a Challenging Year

In his remarks, President Metin Güler thanked assembly members for their contributions and offered a year-end assessment. He noted that 2022 was a difficult year for traders and industrialists, who faced many unprecedented challenges. Güler highlighted that the anticipated increase in minimum wage would be a significant factor impacting 2023 and emphasized the need to reduce the tax and premium burdens on traders and industrialists.
