AUGUST ASSEMBLY MEETING HELD

During ETO’s August assembly meeting, respects were paid to the late Fatma Ara, wife of Assembly President Halil İbrahim Ara, and to the late Assembly Clerk Mustafa Çekiç and his wife Özlem Tekgöz Çekiç, who passed away on August 24, 2022.

The regular August assembly meeting of the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce took place on Wednesday, August 31, at the ETO Assembly Hall, opening with remarks by Assembly President Halil İbrahim Ara. In his speech, President Ara expressed gratitude to the protocol members, business community, and ETO members who attended the funeral services for his wife, Fatma Ara, and for Mustafa Çekiç and Özlem Tekgöz Çekiç. A commemorative film honoring Fatma Ara, Mustafa Çekiç, and Özlem Tekgöz Çekiç was shown during the meeting. After the approval and resolution of the agenda items, ETO President Metin Güler delivered a brief speech. Güler expressed his condolences on behalf of the ETO family, noting the profound loss they have felt. He extended his prayers for Fatma Ara, Mustafa Çekiç, and Özlem Tekgöz Çekiç and thanked the protocol, business community, and ETO members for their support at the funerals.
