COMPARATIVE VISIT FROM KONYA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE TO ETO

The Konya Chamber of Commerce conducted a study and comparative visit to the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce, which is known for its exemplary practices and for enhancing its accreditation score.

The Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce continues to set an example for other chambers in Turkey with its high-quality practices and service standards. During the visit, the Konya Chamber of Commerce delegation received detailed insights on ETO's strengths, particularly those highlighted in its accreditation, including its target-based performance system, the performance of professional committees, communication initiatives among members, inter-departmental communication platform, as well as ISO 10002 and CRM system implementations. ETO Deputy Secretaries General Arda Genç and Okan Adıyaman briefed the Konya Chamber of Commerce delegation about the chamber’s activities, departments, and service areas. Additionally, managers and employees from both chambers held a consultation meeting to compare services provided in similar fields of activity. The Konya Chamber of Commerce delegation, who also visited various departments of ETO, expressed their gratitude to ETO’s management for their hospitality and information sharing.
