CONSTRUCTION SECTOR’S REQUESTS CONVEYED TO AK PARTİ DEPUTY CHAIR

ETO Board Member İsmail Çavdar, along with TMMOB Eskişehir Chamber of Architects Branch President Didar Duygu Altuntaş, visited AK Party Deputy Chair Çiğdem Karaaslan in Ankara to discuss the construction sector’s requests and expectations, including parking regulations and the rising costs of concrete and construction materials.

This visit was part of ongoing efforts by ETO and the Eskişehir Chamber of Architects to represent the needs and concerns of the construction sector. During the meeting, Çavdar emphasized that the current parking regulations are not well-suited to Eskişehir’s local conditions and shared proposed solutions regarding these regulations. He also pointed out the difficulties caused by the sudden and steep rise in concrete and construction material prices, presenting a detailed report of ETO members' expectations for the sector. AK Party Deputy Chair Çiğdem Karaaslan assured that these issues would be taken into consideration and expressed commitment to addressing the sector's challenges.
