ETO MEMBERS’ REQUESTS CONVEYED TO THE LAND REGISTRY AND CADASTRE DIRECTORATE

In a meeting between the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce (ETO) and the Eskişehir Regional Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, discussions focused on the requests of construction sector companies, the use of the web-tapu application, digital conveniences, and recent innovations.

The consultation and working meeting brought together ETO representatives and the Land Registry and Cadastre Regional Directorate. Participants included Regional Director Cevdet Kılıç, Deputy Regional Directors Hasan Kadir and Engin Tolgay, Cadastre Director Nedim Çolpan, Odunpazarı Land Registry Director İlhan Karaduman, Tepebaşı Land Registry Director Şenol Kaplan, ETO President Metin Güler, Assembly President Halil İbrahim Ara, Vice Chairman Süleyman Kutlu, and Board Members İsmail Çavdar and Emre Demir. ETO President Metin Güler noted that the meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the requests and expectations of ETO’s construction sector members directly with senior officials of the relevant institution.

Discussion on Web-Tapu Application and Digital Conveniences

Regional Director Cevdet Kılıç stated that they met with the ETO delegation to explore ways to facilitate operations for construction sector firms and affirmed their commitment to considering industry requests. Discussions centered on the use of the web-tapu application, digital conveniences, and implemented innovations in land registry and cadastre processes. The meeting also included an exchange of ideas on enabling companies and real estate agents to submit applications through their own portals and expanding this practice.
