WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS COUNCIL LAUNCHES RURAL DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE

Elif Gürkaynak, President of the TOBB Eskişehir Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Council, met with district governors of Seyitgazi, İnönü, Alpu, Beylikova, Sivrihisar, Sarıcakaya, Mihalıççık, and Han to promote rural development and support women’s entrepreneurship.

As part of efforts to support rural development and enhance women’s entrepreneurship in the districts, Gürkaynak conducted a series of visits to provide information about ongoing council projects. During her district meetings, she met with Seyitgazi District Governor Kutsal Baytak, İnönü District Governor Rumeysa Sena Kurt, Alpu District Governor Kübra Karaalioğlu, Beylikova District Governor Mehmet Ali Atak, Sivrihisar District Governor Hüseyin Sayın, Sarıcakaya District Governor Muhammed Taha Canpolat, Mihalıççık District Governor Onur Aykaç, and Han District Governor Murat Ak.

Prioritizing the Development of Districts

In her discussions with district governors, Gürkaynak shared details about the activities of the TOBB Eskişehir Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Council and exchanged ideas on steps to enhance women’s entrepreneurship in the districts. Emphasizing the council’s commitment to rural development and increasing the number of women entrepreneurs, Gürkaynak explained that they visited various districts across Eskişehir to discuss ways to strengthen women’s cooperatives and expand their areas of activity. She noted that increasing the number of women entrepreneurs in these districts would contribute directly to both the local economy and social life. Gürkaynak highlighted that they had established connections with the district governors of eight districts to further this goal.
