A training program was held for women's cooperatives, hosted by the TOBB Eskişehir Provincial Women's Entrepreneurs Board, focusing on topics they need.
The Women's Cooperatives Training Program was organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce and Migros Academy, with support from the TOBB Eskişehir Provincial Women's Entrepreneurs Board and the Eskişehir Trade Provincial Directorate. Before the program held in the ETO Meclis Salonu, Eskişehir Trade Provincial Director Cemil Kürkçü stated that the support provided to women entrepreneurs by the government continues to increase and emphasized that their doors are always open to them. He highlighted the importance of developing women's cooperatives and recalled that the Trade Provincial Directorate has previously provided project-based support to women's cooperatives.
Continuing to Encourage Women Entrepreneurs
TOBB Eskişehir Provincial Women's Entrepreneurs Board President Elif Gürkaynak spoke during the meeting, stating that the board is working hard to increase the number of women entrepreneurs. She expressed that the path to achieving both Eskişehir's and the country's goals lies in increasing the number of entrepreneurs. Gürkaynak emphasized that they will continue with projects and activities that encourage entrepreneurs and thanked the institutions and organizations involved in organizing the program.
Eight Different Topics Covered Throughout the Day
The training program, prepared by Migros Women's Academy, featured various sessions throughout the day, led by Author and Personal Transformation Consultant Aret Vartanyan along with experts from the Ministry of Commerce. The topics covered during the program included Quality Management Systems and Certifications, Product Certifications (Organic Agriculture, Geographical Indications, Halal Food), Good Agricultural Practices, Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Tracking System, Wholesale Market Registration System, Blockchain System, Migros Marketing Presentation, and Regulatory Training.
