TENDER PROCESS FOR ETO'S NEW SERVICE BUILDING HAS BEGUN

Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce (ETO) President Metin Güler announced that they have initiated the tender process to complete the new service building located within the Eskişehir Fair Congress Center complex.

Following the Eskişehir Trade and Industry Museum, ETO TÜYAP Fair Center, and Vehbi Koç Congress Center, the ETO's new service building is now set to be operational. President Güler stated that the tender process has begun for the completion and furnishing of the interior sections of the ETO New Service Building. He shared the exciting news that the service building has been designed to meet the needs of ETO for the next 50 years and will feature top-level energy efficiency.

3% Price Advantage for ETO Members

Güler mentioned that the tender announcement was made on November 25 for the completion of the new service building, which is adjacent to the ETO TÜYAP Fair Center and the Vehbi Koç Congress Center. He added that a 3% price advantage would be applied to firms registered with the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce (who joined at least 90 days prior to the tender date). This measure aims to prioritize local Eskişehir firms. The tender documents were announced on November 25, 2021, and firms wishing to participate in the tender will have until December 24 at 12:00 PM to submit their offers.

Completing Permanent Project Works with the New Service Building

Güler explained that the proposals will be opened on December 24, and after the evaluations, the firm awarded the tender will be announced on January 3, 2022. He plans to start the necessary work to complete the ETO Service Building by January 14, 2022.

Once the new service building is completed, Güler emphasized that all projects related to permanent works will be realized. He expressed the pride and excitement of completing another project that will serve the members and the city.
