Officials from Aydın Chamber of Commerce visited Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce to learn about the establishment phases and authorization process of ETO-METSEM (Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce Vocational Testing and Certification Center Inc.).
ETO-METSEM is becoming a role model for other chambers in Turkey with its vision and pioneering approach. As the first certification organization in the mining sector in Turkey, ETO-METSEM shares its experiences with other organizations seeking to progress in this area. Officials from the Aydın Chamber of Commerce, which has established a vocational qualification and certification center for the food sector, visited Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce to gather information about ETO-METSEM's operations. During the visit, ETO-METSEM officials Ahmet Bostancı and Bilgen Çevik Bozkurt provided a briefing to the Aydın Chamber of Commerce delegation regarding the establishment stages, accreditation, and authorization process of the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce Vocational Testing and Certification Center.
AYMES Aims to Enhance Quality in the Food Sector
During the visit, AYMES Vocational Qualification and Certification Center Director Burhan Kadıoğlu stated that the center will provide services focused on the food sector, aiming to enhance the qualifications of over 6,000 food producers and tens of thousands of workers in food production within the city. Kadıoğlu expressed the goal of establishing the Aydın Chamber's Vocational Qualification and Certification Center as a nationally recognized center for testing and certification, similar to ETO-METSEM. He thanked the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce for the opportunity to share knowledge and exchange ideas.
