ETO-METSEM OPENS UP TO TURKEY

The Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce Vocational Testing and Certification Center (ETO-METSEM), established to serve not only our city but all of Turkey in the field of mining, has conducted a Vocational Competency Certificate exam in İzmir.

ETO-METSEM aims to add value to the mining sector and lead the way, moving steadily toward its goals. To provide examination and certification services across Turkey, ETO-METSEM recently organized a Vocational Competency Certificate exam for the Kırma Eleme Tesis Operatörü (Crushing and Screening Plant Operator) Level 3, specifically for employees of a private mining company.

ETO-METSEM was launched with EU grants.

In a statement regarding the examination and certification activities of ETO-METSEM, Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce President Metin Güler remarked, “We established ETO-METSEM not only for our city but also to provide examination and certification services in the mining sector throughout Turkey. The entire funding for the establishment of ETO-METSEM was secured through a grant from the European Commission. Our vision and efforts have yielded positive results. ETO-METSEM has become an organization with the potential to conduct examinations and certifications in the mining field not only in Eskişehir but across the country. I would like to thank our council members, the relevant occupational committees in mining, industry stakeholders, and all our colleagues who contributed to this success.”
