TRAİNİNG FOR WOMEN COOPERATİVES BY WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS BOARD

The TOBB Eskişehir Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Board organized a training program for women cooperatives in Eskişehir, focusing on essential skills in marketing, digital sales, effective communication, and management.

The initiative aims to support female entrepreneurs and producers, helping them enhance their marketing and sales skills as well as communication and management capabilities. The training took place in the Meclis Hall on the 5th floor of the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce. Before the training began, Elif Gürkaynak, the President of the TOBB Eskişehir Women Entrepreneurs Board, delivered an opening speech.

Empowering Women Producers for Competitiveness

In her speech, Gürkaynak emphasized the board's commitment to contributing to the corporate and personal development of female entrepreneurs, enabling them to become more competitive with the knowledge and skills they acquire. She also highlighted the strength of women cooperatives in production and assured ongoing support for their growth and development.

Training Provided in Three Key Areas

The day-long program featured various training sessions. Prof. Erol İpekli from Anadolu University conducted a session on Body Language and Effective Communication, while Serap Yıldırım, a Certified Public Accountant, covered the Operations, Tax, and Management Aspects of Women Cooperatives. Additionally, Arda Genç, Deputy Secretary-General of ETO, provided training on Basic Marketing and Digital Sales. At the end of the training, Elif Gürkaynak presented certificates to the women entrepreneurs in recognition of their participation.
