THİRD ROUND OF FOOD AİD FOR CLOSED BUSİNESSES

The Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce (ETO) has provided food aid for the third time to employees of businesses closed due to the pandemic. With the latest food distribution supported by TOBB, the number of people ETO has reached during the pandemic has risen to 4,600.

ETO, with the support of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), distributed 1,100 food packages primarily to employees in the service sector affected by business closures. The food aid packages, consisting of essential items, were distributed to those in need through professional committees. ETO President Metin Güler, in a statement regarding the aid, emphasized that the pandemic has hit the service sector hardest and noted that this was the third round of food aid provided to employees of closed businesses. With this latest effort, ETO has provided food assistance to 4,600 people during the pandemic, underscoring their commitment to supporting not only their members but also their employees.
