STRONG COLLABORATİON FOR THE ESKİŞEHİR INDUSTRY FAİR

ETO, TÜYAP, and Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) signed a cooperation protocol to strengthen the Eskişehir Industry Fair, scheduled for June, aiming to attract more local and international participants and facilitate joint events during the fair.

A significant step was taken for the 2021 Eskişehir Industry Fair, which will be held in June. The cooperation protocol was signed between ETO, TÜYAP, and Eskişehir OSB for this fair, with a press conference held on April 14 at ETO. The event was attended by Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce President Metin Güler, Eskişehir OSB President Nadir Küpeli, and TÜYAP General Manager İlhan Ersözlü.

EFKM Will Reopen Its Doors with the Industry Fair

Speaking at the event, ETO President Metin Güler noted that professional fairs in Eskişehir began in December 2018 with the Book Fair. He shared that, before the pandemic, 13 fairs had been held, with 790 companies participating and over 718,000 visitors. Güler remarked that Eskişehir's advancements in the fair sector have been widely followed and praised. He also announced that the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce TÜYAP Fair Center would reopen its doors with the Eskişehir Industry Fair after a long break.

Support from Eskişehir OSB is Crucial for the Fair

Güler highlighted that the fair, set for June 9-12, 2021, would focus on Eskişehir’s industrial capabilities and noted the importance of support from Eskişehir OSB. He expressed gratitude to OSB President Nadir Küpeli and the board for their support, acknowledging that the Eskişehir Industry Fair 2021 would be organized in cooperation with TÜYAP, ETO, and Eskişehir OSB.

A Vital Partnership for Eskişehir’s Industry

Eskişehir OSB President Nadir Küpeli stated that approximately 80% of Eskişehir’s industrial production takes place in OSB facilities. Küpeli highlighted the significance of this partnership for promoting Eskişehir and its industry, emphasizing that the 2021 Eskişehir Industry Fair holds great value for industrialists.

The Fair Will Showcase Eskişehir’s Industrial Advancements

Küpeli pointed out that Eskişehir industry has seen remarkable growth, with 888,000 square meters of new space allocated to 42 investors in 2020 alone. He expressed confidence that the fair, organized through the partnership of ETO, EOSB, and TÜYAP, would effectively display Eskişehir’s high level of development and capabilities to both domestic and international guests.

Resuming Fair Activities from Where We Left Off

TÜYAP General Manager İlhan Ersözlü noted the momentum Eskişehir has gained in recent years and acknowledged the contributions of the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce and OSB to this progress. He stated that after pausing fair activities due to the pandemic, they plan to resume operations in June.

Eskişehir to Become the Heart of the Manufacturing Sector

Ersözlü shared that they invited over 7,000 businesspeople from 37 countries to the fair, adding that in June, Eskişehir would be at the center of the manufacturing industry. He extended his gratitude to ETO, Eskişehir OSB, and all organizations involved in organizing the fair. Following the speeches, the cooperation protocol for the Eskişehir Industry Fair 2021 was signed by Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce President Metin Güler, Eskişehir OSB President Nadir Küpeli, and TÜYAP General Manager İlhan Ersözlü.
