The Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce (ETO) has published its strategic plan for 2021-2025, focusing on becoming the primary information hub for the city and its members, advancing digitalization in education and services, and prioritizing E-Commerce.
According to the strategic plan, ETO will operate with the vision of being "the first institution members turn to for access to information" during the 2021-2025 period. The chamber will support the development of its members and focus on knowledge-based activities to enhance both the quantity and quality of trade and industry.
Emphasis on digital transformation
The strategic plan emphasizes the importance of digital transformation in education and services. ETO will continue organizing trade fair visits, publishing periodicals, and hosting cultural and artistic events to keep members informed in various areas. Additionally, economic analysis activities will be conducted, and consultancy services will be provided to support members.
Focus on E-Commerce
Under the new strategic plan, ETO will prioritize the development of E-Commerce activities for its members. Recognizing the global rise of E-Commerce, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, ETO will work to ensure that its members can take a greater share of the growing E-Commerce market.
