WE PROUDLY CELEBRATE THE 97TH ANNIVERSARY OF OUR REPUBLIC

As the Turkish nation, we proudly and joyfully celebrate the 97th anniversary of the founding of our Republic.

Under the leadership of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, our homeland was first liberated from enemy occupation, and then our independence was crowned with the establishment of the Republic.

With the Republic, numerous reforms were carried out, creating the groundwork for our country to advance in many fields, from the economy to agriculture, from education to social life.

Despite limited resources and challenges, our Republic has reached these days thanks to the efforts of our ancestors and the patriotism of our nation.

Today, our duty is to carry our country, entrusted to us by our forefathers, to even greater heights.

With these thoughts and feelings, on the 97th anniversary of our Republic's founding, we respectfully commemorate Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and all our martyrs and veterans, and sincerely celebrate our Republic Day.
